In recognition of World Smokefree May 2022, F45 Training Whangarei South has partnered with Hāpai te Hauora; members are participating in 2 x 1-hour classes.  Each member has or knows someone who smokes and this is an opportunity to show their support to those who are quitting and WE’RE BACKING YOU.
